3.1 Policy on Personalized Items
Due to the permanent nature of engraving and custom printing, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error made by our production team that deviates from your original order instructions.
3.2 Non-Customized Returns
Standard, non-personalized items (such as blank frames or gift boxes) can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, resaleable condition and packaging.
3.3 Damaged Upon Arrival
If your gift arrives broken or the engraving is physically flawed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you to ensure your gift-giving moment isn’t lost.
