We urge you to double-check all custom text before submitting your order. For photo frames, the final print quality is dependent on the resolution of the image you upload; we recommend high-resolution files for the best results.
2.2 Intellectual Property & Content
Users represent that they own the rights to any images or text uploaded for personalization. Memory Mint reserves the right to refuse orders containing hate speech, copyrighted material (without permission), or offensive content. All original design layouts and brand elements on memorymint.store are the property of Memory Mint.
2.3 Production Timelines
Bespoke gifting takes time. While we strive for speed, please allow for a 3-5 business day production window in addition to shipping times. During peak holiday seasons, these timelines may extend.
